Posted: by Jo Friday, 21 December 2018 @ 11:30

The close of one year gives us a chance to look back on what has happened in our lives over that year, to remember and revel in the good times; and to reflect on the more challenging times with a sense of perspective.

The opening of the new year is a chance to reset our minds, looking forward to what the year will bring with a sense of excitement, anticipation and hope. So, let’s all go into 2019 with a positive and optimistic outlook, believing in a better future.

Here are 12 mantras to take you through the year:

1. I trust in new beginnings

2. Something wonderful is about to happen

Go through the year trusting that good things will happen for you, and embracing new opportunities and new experiences.

4. Find a way

Courage and determination are essential qualities throughout your life. The more you step out of your comfort zone and take on things that scare or worry you, the more your life will expand and your self-confidence will soar.

5. All things are possible, if you believe

6. Dare to dream
