Delivery & Returns
Our packaging is LETTERBOX FRIENDLY, fitting easily through a standard letterbox. All of our packaging is sustainable, made from FSC-accredited paper or part-recycled paper, and we plant tress to offset all paper use.
Your jewellery comes on a beautiful Mantra card with inspiring image, and space to write a personal message to your gift recipient, or to yourself, on the back, as to why you chose that mantra. We can print this for you on the card - in a handwriting font - if you let us know your message at check-out.
We use Royal Mail for all deliveries. Orders are
usually dispatched within 2 working days. Orders with engraving take 5 working days to complete, on
top of our delivery timeframe.
Please note that normal working days for online
order processing are Monday to Friday. So, if you order over the weekend
or on a Bank Holiday, your order will be processed on the next
working day.
Standard delivery can take up to 5 working days. This is an untracked
service, so if you want guaranteed delivery within a certain
timescale, or you want your item to be trackable - please choose one of our tracked options.

Standard (3-5 Working Days)
Price: £3 | or FREE for orders of £40 and over
Royal Mail aim to
deliver within 5 working days. This is not a tracked service,
so no information is available once we have posted your item. No signature
required.
Express (1-3 Working Days)
Price: £4 | or FREE for orders of £100 and over
Royal Mail aim to
deliver within 3 working days. Requires a signature.
Special Delivery - order by 1pm (Next Day Delivery)
Price: £7 | or FREE for orders of £150 and over
Guaranteed
next working day, if ordered by 1pm (not available on weekends or Bank
Holidays). A trackable service, requires a
signature.
European Countries
Price: £8.00
Following the UK's exit from the EU in January 2021, all items sold to the EU will now be subject to the local rate of VAT and import charges in the specific destination country, which may be charged on arrival in the destination country. These charges are external to, and not applied by, the Royal Mail or ourselves. We have no control over these charges, and no knowledge of what they might be in different countries. This includes IRELAND, and is a change from previously, when the UK was part of the EU. Please make your own enquiries before placing an order.
Countries Outside Europe

Some countries may charge import duty or VAT on arrival. These charges are external to, and not applied by, the Royal Mail or ourselves. We have no control over these charges, and no knowledge of what they might be in different countries. Please make your own enquiries.
Unfortunately, due to customs restrictions we are unable to ship jewellery to Australia.
Returns
You have 14 days to inform us of a return and 14 days after that for your Mantra Jewellery to be returned for a refund or exchange.
As long as the item is unworn, in its original packaging and in the same condition in which it was sent out to you, we will adhere to this.
We recommend sending the item back to us as a 2nd Class Signed for so you have a record of the order coming back to us. You must cover the cost of returning unwanted items.
Engraved (bespoke) items and all earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.
