Sinade | Creative Manager

Sinade has worked with Mantra since the start, and was an integral part of its creation, she continues to work on the brand, bringing continuity and knowledge. She oversees the look and feel of the brand as well as developing new product.

Hope | Customer Service Assistant & Wholesale Assistant

Hope joins us new in 2022 and heads up our friendly customer service team. She has previous experience working in ecommerce fulfilment. As well as packing your orders she deals with your enquiries each day, providing service with a smile.

Hope is also the first member of our growing wholesale team. She ensures our inspiring jewellery gets to our stockists.

Danielle | Customer Service Assistant

Danielle works alongside Hope helping with your daily orders and enquiries. She has lots of customer service and fulfilment experience from our busy sister website, so is happy to jump in and assist whenever needed.

Tanveer | eCommerce Manager

Tanveer works behind the scenes on the website keeping it running smoothly and up to date, so it is always easy to navigate and a joy to shop!
